We provide a safe, comfortable and warm environment with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, where the individual needs, wants and aspirations of older people are met through careful introduction, assessment, care planning and review.
We offer a range of social activities for residents to participate in if they choose. We care for all aspects of our residents needs, with support from health professionals, in a sensitive manner, respecting privacy and ensuring choice and rights are upheld and dignity maintained at all times.
The Home occupies a fully modernised Lancashire Country House and purpose built unit, Pendle Suite, which together provides accommodation for 40 residents.
The main house has 12 single and 6 shared rooms, all with hand basins and some with en-suite toilet. Pendle Suite has 16 single rooms all with en-suite facilities.
Many of the bedrooms at Marsden Grange offer picturesque views of Pendle Hill and the surrounding countryside.
Marsden Grange is set in extensive, beautifully kept grounds where residents can walk in safety and relax in privacy. It has an elegant and homely atmosphere with the sitting rooms and conservatory enjoying peaceful views onto the lawned garden. All facilities have been thoroughly modernised to provide the maximum of comfort. A high standard of Care is provided and our Manager and Team are available to ensure that each resident achieves the maximum benefit during their stay.
Our day care service is available to anyone that somewhere to go and companionship during the day. Whatever your needs, you will always find a warm welcome at Marsden Grange, whether you want to come for an ad-hoc visit or join us on a regular basis.
We recognise that both carers and those in need of help and support need a break from time to time. That’s why we offer a range of respite care options to help out when you need it the most.

Our Care Assistants provide a high level of care to exacting standards and are fully trained in accordance with our stated objectives in the Marsden Grange“QUALITY POLICY”. Staff are trained to N.V.Q level 2 and 3 as well as Health and Social Care Diplomas and are subject to disclosure procedures via the Criminal Records Bureau.
